Jeffrey Lende Loves Wood
The clocks, bowls, sculpture, and furniture found on these
pages were designed and made by me, with some collaborative help on the big projects.
Creating one-of-a-kind heirloom objects using local sources interested me at an
early age. Whereas leather was the material that first spoke to me, it was
wood that proved to be the gateway material that ushered my
design spirit into a lifetime of discovery....
punctuated with callouses and creative calculation..
Finding a way to group various materials into
an elegant package is my ultimate challenge.
Alongside the local native hardwoods
in my storage you would also find
copper, bone, vintage leathers,
old hardware, cast glass, and
more. Wood is always the
main course, with the
other materials offered
as dressing.
I hope you enjoy
